03 / Starting with flat plans?

There is a space
inside those lines.

You do not need to arrive with a finished render. Send the plans, elevations or model you have. We review the information, confirm what is missing and scope the work needed to turn it into a convincing view.

A plan alone cannot tell us every height or detail. Those decisions are agreed with you before they become part of the image.

The full service list

The right visuals
for your next step.

Explore the inputs, deliverables and review process for each service. We can combine them into one project scope.

01

Residential rendering

Photoreal images of the exterior, key rooms and layout, shaped into a considered set for a new-home presentation or property launch.

02

Commercial and multi-unit rendering

A coordinated collection of architectural images and film for a development presentation, marketing launch or staged release, created around the project and its audience.

03

Exterior rendering

Photoreal exterior images that show the architecture, materials and setting. From the street approach to the garden, every view has a purpose.

04

Interior rendering

Considered interior images that bring materials, light and space together. Help clients picture the kitchen, living spaces and rooms before they are built.

05

Fly-over

An architectural film that reveals the building, landscape and approach from above. Created for a project presentation, website or property launch.

06

Fly-through video

An architectural film that connects the approach, entrance and spaces within. Show your audience how the design feels as they move through it.

07

3D floor plans

Furnished overhead views that make the room layout and connections clear, created for property listings, new-home brochures and client presentations.

08

Floor plans to photoreal images

Turn dimensioned floor plans into photoreal architectural images. Kallo reviews your drawings, agrees missing details and quotes the preparation and views.

09

Architectural video

Architectural video for websites, presentations and project launches. Kallo plans the shots, creates the motion and edits the film to an agreed scope.

Nine of these illustrate client projects, based on their supplied designs. The other seven are studio concepts that explore different buildings and settings, and are labelled individually. These images are illustrations, not construction drawings. Discuss your project
