- What can Kallo create for my project?
- Exterior and interior images, architectural films, aerial views, furnished floor plans and complete sets for a property launch. We help you choose the right mix for your audience and where the work will appear.
- Can you work from floor plans?
- Yes. Share your plans and any drawings, finishes or reference images you have. We review them and confirm any missing details, such as ceiling heights or the outside of the building, before agreeing the work.
- Who do you work with?
- Property developers, architects, real estate teams and new-home builders, as well as homeowners and interior designers. The brief starts with what you need people to understand, decide or buy.
- How is a project quoted?
- Every project receives a tailored proposal. We agree the images or film, the level of detail, the review stages and the delivery schedule with you before work begins.
- How long will my project take?
- It depends on the number of images, the length of the film and the information you already have. Tell us your presentation or launch date at the start, and we will confirm a realistic schedule with your proposal.
- How closely will the images follow my design?
- We use your supplied design as the starting point and review the images against it. Missing details and proposed changes are discussed with you. Visualisations help people understand a design; your original drawings remain the reference for dimensions and construction.
- Can we review the images before delivery?
- Yes. Review stages and the included changes are agreed in your proposal. You bring the feedback together and we refine the work before preparing the final files.
- Will our project stay private?
- Your project files and images are private by default. We can discuss a confidentiality agreement before you share them. Nothing is used in our portfolio without your written approval.
